About
Living in and relating to our bodies in a healthy, comfortable way can be especially difficult in this day and age, given the countless messages and pressures we experience. How we feel living in our body may effect a wide range of areas in our life, including mood, self-esteem, behaviours, and relationships with others. My approach to counselling focuses on helping my clients understand and improve the way they relate to their emotions, to their thoughts, to their body, to their self, and to others.
I specialize in disordered eating/eating disorders, body image, and sex and sexuality across the lifespan. I also have training in and experience working with a variety of concerns including depression, self-harm, self-esteem, identity questions, and interpersonal relationships.
I'm passionate about helping empower others. If you're struggling, desiring change or improvement in your life, and unsure of how to get started, contact me via email or phone. I'd be happy to help you navigate the next step forward.
