Our focus is on strength based, supportive, confidential and judgement free therapy. With over 20 years of experience "helping one to heal, grow and thrive one session at a time" in the Chatham-Kent area. Life can be challenging in many ways, but having help to identify barriers and recognize strengths is a focus. Therapy technique utilized is dependent on your needs. There are morning, afternoon and evening appointments available (no weekends).
Specialties working with teens and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety/panic related issues, family violence, trauma (including PTSI), family conflict/relationship issues, anger management, self-harm, managing stress, mood issues, bereavement and grief, and coping with life skills. Also 15 years experience with First Responders.
