About
Life can be hard. It’s even harder trying to make sense of it on your own. I can help you find a way to move forward. I see adults and couples across the life span to address a wide range of issues, including: depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relationship problems, physical and emotional abuse, problems within the workplace, grief and loss, and difficulties with life transitions. I warmly welcome clients from all walks of life.
I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural perspective while integrating multiple approaches to meet my clients needs. I feel privileged learn about the richness of my clients experiences and use the power of interpersonal connection to help them meet their goals. I am directive in my approach and find that a little humour goes a long way.
It is of utmost importance that my clients feel safe and genuinely understood. I provide empirically-supported treatment based on your individual needs and goals. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the U of S and am a Registered Doctoral Psychologist (1081).
