Accepting new clients for Jan 2026. I help people heal from difficult life experiences and feel at home in their bodies and minds through approaches like somatic therapy and EMDR. During our time together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and the space to bring your whole self. I offer in-person sessions in downtown Vernon on weekdays (with limited evening spots) as well as virtual sessions across BC.

In our work, we’ll use somatic, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you reconnect with your body and emotions. I often integrate EMDR and parts work (IFS) for deeper healing, and offer LGBTQ2S+, neurodivergent-affirming, and culturally responsive care.

Healing and growth are possible with the right support. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but my role is to help you feel safe, welcomed, and clear about what to expect from therapy.
