Everyone has unique challenges and needs; however, we all share the same need to feel heard, understood and supported. Simply put, when we are authentically seen and heard, the way in which we navigate our lives and its challenges improves. It is important to me that I meet all clients with genuine empathy, honesty, and acceptance. I enjoy working from a strengths-based, positive therapeutic approach, and I believe that as the client, you are the expert of your own experience. My aim is to offer non-judgmental and open-minded insight and assistance in exploring the varying concerns that you bring to counselling.
Life can be stressful and overwhelming, especially if you feel you are facing it without support. I work with individuals or couples in all relationship types using a client-centered and flexible approach, focusing on symptom reduction and helping to deepen understanding of themselves.
Currently accepting new clients in-person or virtually. I have worked with a variety of age groups from diverse backgrounds and provide a friendly and supportive environment for all to learn and grow within.
