About

During my career in Mental Health and Addictions I have worked with many different populations, though my passion has been working with people experiencing mood issues, low self esteem, people in the LGBT2SQ community, especially trans folks. Do you need help coping with anxiety, setting boundaries, or navigating changes in life situation? Are you coming out as LGBT2SQ and need support? Are you looking to transition and want a trans friendly therapist? Are you burned out at work and looking for someone to talk to? Do you have a chronic illness and need support? If so, I’d love to be of help.
My perspective is very client centred, and I take a holistic approach, though I am trained in CBT, DBT, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I want to work collaboratively with clients, to allow them to feel heard, and to help them come to a place where they have improved emotional well-being. I aim to provide an empathic and inclusive space for everyone.
If you feel that any of my experience might be of benefit to you, then please reach out.
