My name is Charlette and I am a Registered Practical Counsellor with the ACCT. I work with a variety of individuals that are experiencing an array of difficulties in managing and coping with life's challenges. Areas of struggle may include, anxiety, attachments wounds, depression, grief, parenting, self-esteem/self-worth and trauma. I honour the human spirit and each individual’s unique life story by meeting one where they’re presently at with an integrative and eclectic approach. Each individuals goals and circumstances differ so we will work together to find the most advantageous approach to best suit your needs.

I take great pride in my ability to cultivate an environment that allows my clients to feel a sense of hope and safety all while providing a sacred space that offers sincere warmth and a sense of belonging. I ensure that everyone I walk alongside feels welcomed and seen, no matter their background and circumstances.

I provide compassion and warmth to create a safe haven for clients where they can share the deepest whisperings of their heart. It is my aim to help clients discover there is light beyond whatever darkness they are currently experiencing. Everyone has a unique story and I would be honoured to hear and be a part of yours.
