As a Certified Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor, I believe every person has a right to share their story. I provide a safe environment where people can process and gain the insights and awareness they are seeking. I deal with the root issue(s), not just the symptoms of the problems that are presented. Many have no where to turn and feel trapped in their issues, whether shame, fear, loneliness, anger, or hurt. These feelings are often deep-rooted and have not been recognized, acknowledged and shared with someone non-judgmental. As we share our life stories with someone objective we are able to find the healing we need.
We work together to process past hurtful and traumatic experiences, with the goal of finding true and lasting healing. This is done either in hourly sessions or in an intensive setting. Individuals, couples or families can choose 3 to 5 day intensives to come and stay out of their normal setting at our property to concentrate on the their healing journey.
I work with a number of clients who are out of area and need support. I provide both on-site therapy or distance therapy via Telephone, Face Time or Skype. Many of my distance clients enjoy having therapy from the comforts of their own home. Others come from afar, either other parts of Canada or other countries to experience healing in our intensives.
