About
Hello! I would love to work with you to support you in overcoming whatever you might be struggling with. I work with children, youth, adults, couples and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, grief, and major life transitions. If you are ready to make some changes and are looking for some encouragement and compassion along the way, then I could be a great fit for you. It might also be important for you to recognize and honour the difficult journey that has brought you to therapy, and I can support you with that as well.
I am a Registered Psychologist. I integrate different types of therapies to suit the preferences and issues of each client. I have specialized in mentoring youth at-risk, helping families learn new ways of communicating, and providing crisis intervention to youth and families since 2000.
I would be happy to meet you and see what therapy can offer you. Therapy can play a major part in managing the stresses and challenges of life, gaining new perspectives and healing. I would feel privileged to be part of your healing process.
