I work with youth, adults, and couples and who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, grief, and major life transitions. I am a Registered Psychologist. I especially enjoy using somatic based therapy as I have witnessed the value of this approach time and time again. I have specialized in mentoring youth at-risk, helping families learn new ways of communicating, and providing crisis intervention to youth and families since 2000.
