Specializing in Adults with OCD: Are you stuck in cycles of intrusive thoughts, urges, or checking? Maybe you redo tasks until they feel “just right,” or spend hours caught up in doubt. OCD can feel overwhelming and isolating, and many people feel embarrassed to share their experiences. You are not alone. I specialize in helping adults with OCD move beyond the cycle of anxiety and compulsions. Together, we’ll work on decreasing intrusions so you can spend more time on what matters most to you. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and focused on change.
I won’t judge your thoughts or compulsions. With specialized training in OCD, I help clients move beyond symptoms and reclaim their time and energy. If you’re ready to create change, I’d love to work with you.
