Some of the hardest things to carry are the ones no one else can see: anxiety humming in the background, grief, emotions that feel too big, or living with an invisible disability that others don't quite understand. I'm Charise, and I offer a compassionate space where your whole experience is believed, and where it makes sense.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, shaped around you. I'm EMDR trained and draw on DBT skills for intense emotions, Compassion-Focused Therapy for a harsh inner critic, and Schema and attachment-based work for long-standing patterns, alongside CBT, Emotionally Focused and Narrative therapy.
