Life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, and it's easy to get lost in the chaos. As a therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP), practicing under professional supervision, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate these difficulties. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, I am here to support you on your journey to healing and personal growth. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood.
I use an integrative approach that incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These evidence-based practices help me adapt our work together to suit your unique needs and goals.
I understand reaching out for help can be difficult, especially when life feels overwhelming. My approach is empathetic and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, identify strengths, and create a path toward positive change. I’m here to support you as you reclaim your sense of self and move forward on your journey toward healing and growth.
