Hello and welcome, my name is Chantelle, I am a Registered Social Worker in private practice, office located in Be Well Windsor. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 2007, with specialization in Family Systems. I have over 15 years experience working with children, adults and families. I believe mental health is just as important as physical health. We experience many challenges and changes throughout our lifetime and ensuring you feel mentally well is important. Together we can explore what works best for you and take those steps needed to improve your overall wellbeing.
My goal as your therapist is to help you grow, I want to help you use your strengths and together we can develop goals that are uniquely for you. Together we can work on strengthening your sense of self and help you feel more connected to yourself and those around you. My practice is client-centered, I believe everyone is an expert in their own lives.
