The people I work with all have incredible stories and have lived many lives. They are rebels; choosing the road less travelled. Foraging their own path to healing and seeking someone to walk along side them. Some of the folks I work with are breaking generational patterns or healing from early experiences of trauma. Many are releasing internalized stereotypes that Western culture has given them. All are slowly coming home their authentic selves. Working with me offers a deep therapeutic connection; where all of you is welcome exactly as you are. We move beyond symptom management in a slow, deep and gentle explorative practice.
Growing up in the Yukon, I knew early on I wanted to be a counsellor. At nineteen, I began working at a treatment centre while pursuing my education and my own healing. For eighteen years, I’ve dedicated my life to this path, witnessing profound growth and inspiration in those I support. My journey is rooted in shared humanity and the courage to transform.
