As a humanistic therapist, I believe that all people are inherently good and deserving of respect. There is so much stigma and shame in our culture around the very characteristics that make us uniquely human. I'm passionate about helping adults on their journey toward healing after trauma and exploring the intricacies of their identities. With a background in psychology and counseling, I am dedicated to creating a safe and empathic space for self-exploration, growth, and liberation. We could be a good fit to work together if you are looking to connect with your inner wisdom to live an authentic life that aligns with your values.
I respect that there is no one-size-fits-all formula when working with people. It is part of my role to be adaptive and flexible. I work from a holistic framework and will draw inspiration from multiple modalities. We will work together to find and utilize the ways of communicating that make the most sense to you.
If you are looking for a gentle space to slow down and connect with another imperfect human who also happens to wear the hat of a clinical counselor. I would love to have a conversation to see if we might be a good fit to work together. Reach out today to book a complimentary phone consultation
