Ultimately, my goal is to help others feel empowered, while also providing tools and skills for creating more balance and wellness in their lives.
I have worked in Addiction and Mental Health Services for over a decade and excel in the area of addiction treatment in particular. I have worked with both youth and adults extensively, and provide support to couples and families also.
