Life is stressful and at times feel difficult to manage. Having someone to talk to who is non-judgmental, validating, empathetic, as well as skilled with evidence-based strategies to assist you can be beneficial. During our first few visits my priority will be listening to your story to understand who you are and learn how you see and experience the world. Then, through inquiry, exploration, and observation we collaborate to view your challenges from various angles. Finally, we co-create a suitable path forward while ensuring you feel safe, heard, seen, and valued throughout the entire process.

My counselling approach is holistic, integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed. My foundation is humanistic-existential theory, which acknowledges the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational aspects of being human. This approach is broad enough to accommodate of a variety of therapies to ensure an individualized experience.
Thank you for reading my profile. Deciding to seek counselling is a courageous act. Finding a counsellor that meets your needs can seem daunting. I invite you to take advantage of my offer of a free 30-minute consultation to determine if we would make a good team to help you heal, grow, and move forward in a positive way.
