I have the privilege of working with couples and adults of diverse backgrounds, experiencing a wide array of presenting issues. Many of my couples want to re-build their sense of friendship, regain trust, and feel deeply connected, heard, and understood. My individual clients come in with a variety of challenges, from everyday stressors, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and processing trauma. I believe my client is their own best expert, and we will collaborate to create goals and a treatment plan that helps you live life fully. I have a special interest in maternal health. I offer sessions 10-4, Mon to Fri.
I specialize in relationships, infidelity, re-marriage, grief, anxiety, depression, and self worth and self-esteem. I've also conducted research on the lived experience of miscarriage and stillbirth. I'm trained in level 1 and 2 of Gottman Therapy, EFT, and I enjoy helping couples learn skills and tools to rebuild and strengthen their relationship.
As a South Asian woman, I understand our culture and family can deeply shape our beliefs. I can bring a cultural lens to our work and better understand the nuance of your family relationships, structure, and connections. If you'd like to learn more about working together, please reach out via e-mail to book a free consultation call.
