With a Master of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and as a member of the OCSWSSW, I am equipped with the knowledge and expertise to guide you through your challenges. My therapeutic toolkit includes approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, play therapy, and trauma counselling.
