Do you want your teen to learn how to cope with difficult emotions? Do you want them to know how to manage tough moments when they are tired, done, or on the verge of exploding? If you have a child (12+), teen, or young adult whose anxiety and stress is getting in the way of their friend and family relationships, disrupting their sleep, and interfering with their motivation for school, sports, and passions-I want to help! I Show Teen girls how to ✔️ Transform negative self-talk into confidence, clarity, & strength ✔️ Embrace self-love and step into the spotlight ✔️ Learn who to let into your squad of BFFs
Your teen might not be sure they want to attend counselling and that is OK. I work with parents too. Imagine your teen's confidence begin to soar, their relationships becoming more peaceful and supportive, and peace of mind at night instead of their thoughts keeping them up. As a parent, imagine that you are feeling less agitated and breathing easier.
If you are ready for a change and are looking for a non-judgmental psychologist to support you, text or email me. I offer walk and talk sessions outdoors and expressive arts, as well as, talk based therapy. Check out more at www.instagram.com/therapywithchantal OR www.pyramidpsychology.com and schedule your free consultation today.
Chantal Cote's Groups

Confidence and Connection: Children & Teens

Building Connection groups are designed for children and teens who would benefit from a group environment which focuses on helping to build confidence and self-esteem. They will also learn strategies to communicate with their peers and cope with their stress and emotions. This group includes both outdoor activities (e.g. team-oriented play) and facilitated classroom activities (e.g. creative arts, group discussions, role play). Co-led by Gaving McAtee (Registered Psychologist). Group begins when a minimum of 6 participants have signed up. Two groups age categories: 8-12 yrs and 13-16 yrs.
