Change Creates Change Eating Disorder Care is a multi-disciplinary health care team that helps children, youth & adults recover from an eating disorder, while supporting the family unit every step of the way. We are committed to connecting you to care within 2 weeks of first contact to ensure no delay in the treatment process. It is common for us to support individuals who are waiting to begin working with their local public eating disorder program - once your name comes up on the waitlist, we arrange to transfer care to your new treatment team. We provide services via telehealth to help both urban & rural communities access care.
Our Eating Disorder Care Providers are Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Counselling Therapists and Registered Dietitians. We collaborate with your family physician, pediatrician, psychiatrist and/or anyone else that is a part of your treatment team to ensure continuity of care. Our team works with residents of most Canadian provinces via telehealth.
The first step is reaching out to schedule a free 30-minute consultation call with our Clinical Lead. Please note, a formal eating disorder diagnosis is NOT required. Our team works with individuals experiencing any and all behaviours along the disordered eating spectrum, including body image concerns. Self-referrals are accepted!
