I have been working for the past twenty years alongside individuals wanting to improve their well-being and escape the hold of anxiety, trauma, and depression. My work has been centred around attachment, trauma, and the work that can be done when we focus our attention on the relationships that matter to the individual served. Every individual is different and I pride myself on recognizing each client's unique needs.
I have provided treatment to individuals experiencing attachment difficulties, PTSD, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-injurious behaviour, depression, impaired relationships, and low self-esteem. My approach varies depending on individual client need, but one thing that is consistent is my focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship.
Therapy is difficult and I believe that the most important factor in determining success is a strong therapeutic relationship.
