I support neurodivergent adults (18+) who feel overwhelmed, exhausted from masking, or stuck in cycles of self-doubt. This includes autistic adults, people with ADHD or AuDHD traits, and those who experience life with heightened sensitivity. Many of my clients are capable and insightful, yet struggle with burnout, executive dysfunction, relationship tension, or feeling “behind” despite strong effort. My approach supports awareness and self -acceptance while helping you develop effective ways to face your challenges.
I practice from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, which is inherently neurodiversity-affirming. This means supporting your natural way of being while also helping you build practical, effective ways to navigate real-life challenges and move toward what matters most to you.
I approach this work with both clinical expertise and lived understanding as a neurodivergent person, while keeping in mind that your experience is unique and your own. My role is to work collaboratively to understand your needs and support ways forward that truly fit who you are.
