I support my clients in their therapeutic process who are LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, polyamorous/non-monogamous and within adjacent communities by creating a supportive and relaxed environment. With a creative background I feel best suited to work with folks who are open to a curious and mindful approach to their healing journey with room for exploration. I have a strength-based approach and encourage my clients to gently unravel parts of themselves through somatic exercises, psychotherapy and creative arts therapy interventions to encourage more self compassion and understanding.
I have a background in drama therapy which allows me to offer unique techniques to manage stress, personal blocks and interpersonal patterning that no longer serve my clients. I remain trauma informed and queer-centered to support clients in connecting with their subconscious through integrative practices such as mindfulness and other creative tools.
I'm a queer, non-binary and poly therapist. I approach therapy from a place of grounding and play. I aim to be warm, curious and open to finding ways to best support my clients through on-going consent and care for the therapeutic relationship. I hold a person-centered, psychodynamic, anti-oppressive lens and hope to connect with like minded clients.
