Greetings. My name is Chad Yurich, I'm trained as a Relational Somatic Therapist and am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. My practice is grounded in a psycho-biological approach to counselling. Somatic Therapy emphasizes the significance of the body, mind and our nervous system as repositories of our life experiences, both past and present. Somatic Therapeutic approach encourages a mindful and compassionate observation of our inner landscape. By intentionally slowing down and attuning to our bodies, we can gain insights into how both our bodies and minds seek to address and resolve patterns and traumas.
Grounded in somatics, guide clients to connect deeply with their bodies, allowing us to address what truly needs attention. I utilize breathwork, meditation, visualization, movement, awareness, and ceremony to facilitate profound healing and growth. Additionally, I offer affordable group workshops that foster community connection.
Client health and safety are my top priorities. By working at your pace and readiness, I support your journey of self-exploration, bringing more ease, peace, and joy into your everyday life.
