I offer a gentle and safe space to explore and figure out together what stops you from being able to live fully. I work from an anti-oppressive perspective, understanding intersectionality and my privilege. I believe that through attunement and by building safety, we can figure out how to meet your goals. My experience is that we can get to live fuller lives. My healing and learning journey makes me comfortable working with complex challenges, CPTSD, DID, chronic pain, loss, depression & anxiety, healing from abuse and what feels overwhelming. Therapy can help us understand where we are coming from and where to go.
I love to help people find their inner resources, new ways of coping and understanding their lives. I am queer and hope to create a safe space for folx. I work somatically using SE, Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic interventions that are tailored to fit personal needs. If you are unlearning, I help unpack the personal impact that comes with it .
I believe we can build capacity to heal and learn to live congruently. It is a big step to reach out and seek help and I am looking forward to connecting with you! I offer a complementary 15-20 minute consultation to discuss your goals and see if we might be a good fit. I offer in person sessions on Thursdays & Fridays, as well as consulting/supervision.
