About
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, voiceless, or simply want to make time for yourself, I will provide a space for open communication without judgment. Struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem or grief can be isolating. It is okay not to know how to make a change in your life. Life's challenges can often leave us feeling directionless. I will work with you helping you to map your healing journey. I will guide you to developing effective coping, insights and self-understanding. Knowing the barriers hindering your wellness means that you can take action toward making healthier changes for yourself.
I prioritize creating a safe space where clients feel heard and respected. I believe that a meaningful therapeutic relationship begins with trust. My practice assists clients in exploring the past and uncovering the resources in themselves to make for healthy change.
It is okay not to be okay and you are not alone. I am here to help you. The symptoms and feelings you experience do not define your worth. Remember that it takes great courage to start the healing journey. Beginning therapy is a big step. Finding a therapist may seem overwhelming, I hope to make that process as simple as possible for you.
