We are a Canadian virtual mental healthcare clinic offering integrated care across Canada with psychotherapy, psychiatry, family medicine, psychological assessments, and neurological assessment services. No referral is required for psychodynamic psychotherapy. OHIP-covered services, including psychiatric assessments, medication support, and therapy, are available by a family doctor or nurse practitioner referral.
Our approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, where we help patients uncover and understand underlying emotions, unconscious patterns, and root causes of symptoms to create long-term change. We support children, teens, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, and complex mental health concerns and disorders.
