We are a Canadian virtual mental healthcare clinic offering comprehensive, interdisciplinary care across psychotherapy, psychiatry, family medicine, psychological assessments, and neurological assessments. No referral is required for psychodynamic psychotherapy. OHIP-covered services, including psychiatric assessments, medication support, and therapy, are available by a family doctor or nurse practitioner referral.
Our clinic is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, helping patients uncover underlying emotions, unconscious patterns, and root causes of symptoms to create long-term change. We support children, teens, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, eating disorders, and complex mental health concerns and disorders.
