There are many things I love about being a psychologist, but among the greatest is helping people who are suffering and feeling stuck begin to recognize that change is possible. Watching that first glimmer of hope emerge is profoundly fulfilling. The Centre for Change offers psychological assessment, psychotherapy and consultation for adolescents, adults, couples, families and seniors.
We are a group of dedicated and caring mental health clinicians who provide tier-1 evidenced based treatment including CBT, EFT, ACT, DBT, CPT, PE and mindfulness based interventions. We are committed to helping you feel better as quickly as possible and living the life you want. Fees range from $160.00-$275.00 depending on the clinician you see.
You don’t need fixing. You need space to understand what’s happening, and tools that actually work to help make the changes. Our approach is grounded in both science and experience, practical where it needs to be, and reflective where it matters most.
