Dr Robin Mitchell and Dr Jonathan Douglas oversee this diverse group practice, offering psychotherapy, clinical assessment, and psychoeducational assessment. Services are provided by psychologists, or under their close supervision. Our clients include adults, children, adolescents and seniors. We treat anxiety, depression, behavioural and conduct disorders. We conduct assessments of learning disorders, ADHD and autism. We offer specialized treatment for trauma, whether from childhood, the workplace, the military, or in First Responders and we have much experience working with 3rd parties, such as schools, VAC and WSIB.
We start with an intake, and then integrate each client's needs and preferences with our clinical expertise: CBT, DBT, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, schema therapy, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic/attachment-focused therapy, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, and cutting-edge technologies.
