I believe in walking alongside others on their healing journey, at a pace that feels safe and authentic to you, and building spaces where love, safety, and belonging can flourish. I collaborate with clients and draw from a variety of approaches based on what fits you best, bringing curiosity, love, non-judgment, and some humour into our journey.
I work with people using Long Term - Open Ended Therapy or Brief Therapy. Long Term- Therapy means there’s no set end date. This approach allows space for deeper exploration, ongoing support, and flexible pacing. Brief therapy means you can choose to do 1-12 sessions over a 15-week period. Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and strengths based.
As a Squamish Nation person of mixed German and Chilean heritage, and as a mother with lived experience of anxiety and depression, I root my work in decolonizing, Indigenizing, and feminist frameworks.
