Hi, I’m Celina Jensen, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and EMDR therapist. You may look capable on the outside — holding it together at work or for your family — yet feel reactive, overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite yourself. Relationship patterns may leave you feeling frustrated, shut down, or not good enough. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, regulated, and connected. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, anger, and chronic stress. Together, we work toward feeling less reactive and more connected to yourself and others.

My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and relational healing.
