I offer individualized therapy for adults, teens, and couples, both online and in person in Mississauga. I also provide same-day single-session support for immediate solution focussed needs, and couples intensive workshops. My hope is that together we will collaborate on strategies and tools that you feel align with your needs, values, hopes and dreams.
