About
We have all been through unprecedented times these last 2 years. The situation has caused us to go through trauma and many loses in our lives large and small, whether it be the passing of loved ones, loss of employment or friendships, counselling can help make sense of what we have been through. Times of struggle and loss can force us to look inward to re evaluate what has meaning for us and perhaps even what is our purpose. It can help to process all you have been through to make sense of it and to find peace. I have 20 years of counselling experience and I have a compassionate approach to working with clients.
I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self esteem and marital issues. I feel honored to be a partner in helping you heal your issues and many people have reported that the counseling has helped them to live a more fulfilled life. I use CBT, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Body Centered and Psychodynamic therapies.
I have had many of my own struggles to overcome in life. I believe these struggles are gifts that can help us to live up to our potential. I would like to work with you to help you live a more meaningfull life. I work with you where you are at and I work holistically using the wisdom of the mind, body, emotions and an individual's spiritual connection.
