Often times in life we can experience personal challenges. These challenges can include losses and trauma. They can leave us feeling anxious or depressed. Counselling can help one make sense of what they have been through. Times of struggle and loss can force us to look inward to re evaluate what has meaning for us and perhaps find out what is our purpose. I have experience working with CAF, First Responders and Vets, as well as people who have experienced childhood trauma. Whatever the challenge we can work together to help you heal and come into wholeness.
I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self esteem and marital issues. I feel honored to be a partner in helping you heal your issues and many people have reported that the counseling has helped them to live a more fulfilled life. I use CBT, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Insight, Mindfulness, Body- centered and Psychodynamic therapies.
I have had many of my own struggles to overcome in life. I believe these struggles are gifts that can help us to live up to our potential. I would like to work with you to help you live a more meaningfull life. I work with you where you are at and I work holistically using the wisdom of the mind, body, emotions and an individual's spiritual connection.
