If you are wanting a therapist that is gentle, compassionate, but directive when helpful, I may be a good fit. I support children, adolescents, and adults experiencing grief, stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, depression, and other challenges impacting daily functioning. I believe in promoting self-reflection and the use of concrete tools and strategies to support clients in developing a deeper connection to self and others. I strongly believe in creating a safe and supportive environment that supports healing and that emphasizes clients as the expert of their own life and experiences.

I take an integrative approach using different modalities and techniques like Eye Movement and Desensitization (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Grief Recovery Method (GRM), play-based approaches, and Somatic Embodiment to meet your individual needs and goals.
I believe in empowering each person I sit with to draw upon their internal strengths and resources, while providing non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic support. I believe it is necessary to meet each person where they are at, while recognizing that strength and possibility can be drawn from within, even in the hardest of times.
