I’m so glad you’ve found your way here! My private practice, Terrae Psychotherapy Services, is based in Ontario and offers sessions across Canada, in English and Spanish, providing a therapeutic space that is inclusive, safe, and affirming. My experience allows me to help you explore what’s beneath the surface, while also helping you make real, meaningful shifts in your day-to-day life. I treat anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, addictions (substances/behavioural), first responders, chronic illness, intergenerational trauma, people living with HIV, the LGBTQIA+ community, Trans folks, refugees/immigrants and the Latinx community.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic models — while centering your personal values, inner wisdom and cultural background.
