Healing Trauma from Chinese Family Dynamics
Growing up in a Chinese family can be both loving and heavy. Many young adults feel caught between tradition and their own needs, or guilty for setting boundaries with parents. This multi-session program offers a gentle, judgment-free space to understand why family distance happens, learn practical ways to care for yourself, and start healing without losing who you are. This is an educational workshop with counselling support created to help you navigate Chinese family dynamics with compassion and clarity.

Psychoeducation for Nurses
Nursing asks you to give everything — and it’s normal for your mind and body to feel the strain. This multi-session program helps nurses understand how ongoing stress shapes the nervous system and teaches simple, evidence-based practices to reset, recharge and recover after tough shifts. Over the series you’ll build practical tools to calm your body, steady your emotions and reconnect with your purpose, using the latest research in stress and resilience. Created and led by a former ICU nurse turned counsellor, this is a skills-driven path to feeling stronger at work and at home.
