I get it, one minute you think you know your relationship, the next you’re questioning everything. The hurt, the anger, the endless “how did this happen?” conversations. it’s exhausting and overwhelming. I am passionate about supporting you through your betrayal, it's my life's work. With over 15 years of doing this work. I really get betrayal dynamics and I am passionate about helping individuals and/or couples rebuild trust within themselves and their relationships. It truly matters to me. Because even after deep hurt, healing is possible, however it looks for you through honesty, compassion, with support who gets it.
Here’s the truth: I’m as real as it gets. I do more than listen, I help you build practical, evidence-based skills to communicate honestly, understand yourself, and connect with others. The goal is to strengthen you and your bonds so you can handle the hard conversations, the ups and downs, and keep choosing connection, whatever that looks like for you.
I’m not your typical therapist. I’m a real wonderfully imperfect human just like you. Brené Brown is my hero. Comedy specials are my escape. I love hockey and am a Blue Jays fan. I’m a recovering perfectionist & people-pleaser and have overcome some super toxic relationship patterns. That's the beauty of therapy, it’s real, it’s messy, and it transforms us.
