We welcome people who are new to therapy or have been doing this for years. We are known for our work with Eating Disorders, Trauma, Grief, Depression, Anxiety, life transitions, building and repairing self-esteem, and more. Our clinicians have a wide variety of training, experience and interests in their clinical work. We have Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Social Workers, Psychotherapists and Yoga instructors to meet all of your needs.
We believe that mental healthcare should be a priority for most. We use a trauma-informed lens to treat all of our clients, along with an anti-diet approach to our nutrition support and Health at Every Size with all of our clients' needs. We specialize in working with complex diagnosis and trauma.
When it comes time to seek help and support for life’s many challenges, there are often several barriers in our way. Shame, guilt, confusion, time, and money can all stand in the way of getting the help you need. We sit a team of 10 professionals from various professional backgrounds, experiences and approaches. Our team of practitioners all work together to provide an environment for our clients that is judgement free, accessible and open. We pride ourselves on safety, acceptance and respect. As one of the few practices providing in-person care we pride ourselves on providing a safe, calming and professional environment.
