We are human beings, but when caught up in our busy lives, we sometimes turn into human doings. It can be challenging to be present when your schedules are full or you get swept off by external and internal forces. I have the honour to work with individuals and families challenged by anxiety, depression, experiences of oppression and marginalization. I support folks who may be misunderstood or troubled by negative thoughts. Everyone has the power to heal from within, and healing may look different for each individual. I am grateful to accompany you on this healing journey. We all have the right to thrive.

I offer individual, couples, and group therapies and workshops. My role as your therapist is to provide support and be a witness to your healing journey. My approach is trauma-informed, human-centred, and rooted in mindfulness, Compassionate Inquiry, and the Two-Eyed Seeing approach.
We are "stuck" because our circumstances cause us to lose sight of our innate healing abilities. As your therapist, I am honored to travel with you on your healing journey and witness your mental wellness. In addition to psychotherapy, I provide clinical supervision and am an NIHB Mental Health provider.
