Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy at CBT Niagara aims to create lasting change using brief treatment courses in conjunction with psychotherapy. Research indicates that the combination of therapy and ketamine leads to more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms than therapy alone or ketamine without therapy. Our KAP protocol involves three preparation sessions, three dosing sessions (on consecutive weekends), and three integration sessions after each dosing journey. Unique to our service is the hybrid delivery of individual and group sessions. While the preparation and integration are conducted one-on-one with a psychotherapist, all medication sessions happen as a group (max. 6 persons).
