Experienced Registered Social Worker registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I am a professional counselor and life coach with over 16 years of experience working with individuals and families in the social service sector. I support clients from diverse cultures and with diverse needs. I use a person-centered, strengths-based, anti-oppressive approach in my work. I provide a 15 min free phone consultation. I approach everyone’s experience from an eclectic position; whether it be a crisis; an experience of trauma or abuse; relationship or family issues; difficulties in parenting; workplace challenges; and problematic behaviors etc.

I strive for cultural competency but recognize there is always more to learn. I work from an Indigenous framework and Afrocentric perspective to provide wholistic supports for the mind, body and spirit, with the client taking the lead to choose the direction they wish to go on their journey.
