I believe that we are always striving for more fulfilling lives, with positive relationships and internal wellbeing, but we often have barriers that seem to get in the way. In my practice I offer support when clients are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, uncertain how to heal from previous trauma, or are experiencing challenging dynamics with the people in their lives. My goal is to work with clients to create significant change, overcome challenges, move through barriers and help them live their preferred lives. Together we will make a plan unique for you.
To help achieve your goals, I draw on different therapeutic approaches, most frequently Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR (Attachment Focused EMDR and Natural Processing) as well as others to best fit your needs. I offer EMDR in the context of both ongoing therapy, as well as EMDR Intensives (you can learn about intensives on my website).
I’m dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to feel at ease and understood. I am a certified EMDR clinician through EMDRIA and the Parnell Institute, as well as an approved consultant with both EMDRIA and the Parnell Institute, supporting other EMDR therapists in their work with clients.
