I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with over 7 years experience supporting children, teens, and families. I work with individuals age 6 to 22 who are dealing with anxiety, OCD and big emotions that can make daily life challenging - at home, school or with friends.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) - proven approaches that help young people understand their worries, face fears, and build confidence to handle life's challenges. Therapy is always tailored to each child's age, personality and needs - sometimes playful and creative, other times structured and reflective.
Parents and caregiver play an important role in a child's progress, so I offer parent support and coaching as part of the process. Whether you're looking for ways to better understand your child's needs, reduce stress at home, or support your child's growth, I'll work with you as a team to create change that lasts beyond the therapy room.
