I help adults, couples and families move through difficult times, find hope and thrive!

I can assist you to discover the patterns that are negatively impacting your life, learn ways to be in healthy relationship with your SELF and others, and break free of unhealthy coping. I am a warm and caring therapist that will assist you to move through trauma and loss.

In addition to CBT and Emotionally-Focused Therapy, I offer EMDR treatment, providing effective relief from anxiety and trigger points from past trauma. My office is well-located in West Edmonton.
