It is not easy to reach out for support for yourself or your child(ren), and with this in mind I strive to create a very warm, inviting and non-judgmental environment where people of diverse backgrounds and identities can feel supported. I am an energetic, compassionate and patient therapist with extensive experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am especially passionate about working with parents/caregivers to empower them to become a primary source of support to their children/adolescents.
I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and have completed additional training in several therapeutic approaches. Because every person/family is different, I believe it is important to spend time getting to know your unique situation and goals for therapy.
