My passion is helping people to make changes in order to live the best life possible. Often people feel stuck and fall into repeating patterns of behaviour - I offer tools that will allow you to move forward in a positive way. I have extensive experience in helping people to overcome challenges that are holding them back.

I offer an open, accepting, and non-judgmental approach that is collaborative and tailored to what will work best for you. My goal is to help each person recognize insights and strengths, and to live a more meaningful life.

I specialize in addiction and trauma work, and also offer EMDR as a treatment approach if this is a fit for you. I also have specialized training in sex addiction.

Healthy Relationships and Boundaries (Equine)

This is an educational and experiential equine facilitated wellness workshop on June 15/19, that is designed for adults who struggle with maintaining health and balance within relationships. This program helps individuals discover some of the road blocks to clear communication, effective boundary setting, and ways we express feelings and needs within our partnerships, families or work environments. Themes we will explore while working with the horses: What are healthy relationships, types of boundaries, self-awareness, personal strengths, communication styles, barriers to expressing needs.
