I work with people who suffer from complex post-traumatic stress disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and borderline personality disorder mostly. I also work with people who experience intense emotions and have difficulties in their relationships and daily lives. Living with these difficulties can have a strong impact on daily functioning, on attaining life-goals, on living a satisfactory life and cause significant suffering.
I am committed to providing evidence-based treatments and compassionate care to individuals struggling with these issues. I offer dialectical behavioural therapy for complex post-traumatic stress disorder as well as dialectical behavioural based therapy for borderline personality disorders, as well as cognitive behavioural therapies.
I am dedicated to helping my clients address the issues that are holding them back in their lives and preventing them from achieving their life-goals. I strive to help my clients build a life that is coherent with their values and fulfilling, where they can have significant and meaningful relationships and activities.
