Throughout life, we come to face challenges that we struggle to understand and cope with. I seek to help individuals achieve their innate potential and help them navigate their hardships, moving towards growth and healing. I believe that with a trusting therapeutic alliance, clients can explore moving to a place of acceptance and of well-being.
I use an integrative approach, however the modalities that I use most often are emotion-focused therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I help individuals with symptoms of anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and mood disorders.
I strongly believe that when an individual allows themselves to be vulnerable and to be honest with their emotions, they have the potential to experience themselves and their lives in a different way.
