As a psychodynamic psychotherapist I work with the unconscious mind that "exists within your normal human consciousness". Together, and at a safe pace, we explore, engage, and right what's been set up in your unconscious mind from historical life experiences, that interferes with your ability to be in the world in a way that is right and natural for you.
If you are available for day-time sessions only, I would be honoured to come along side you and together find the movement you need to live the life you want. My 9-year training with The Centre For Training In Psychotherapy (www.ctp.net), required me to engage in my own personal therapy, and I continue to maintain both my personal and professional growth.
